R&D – PRODUCTION
INJECTION MOLDING PRESS
Injection molding presses are used to manufacture the plastic components for the knives.
We operate 5 injection molding presses, one of which is dedicated to the production of bi-material parts.
THERMOFORMING MACHINE
The thermoforming machine enables product packaging.
3D PRINTER
Our 3D printers facilitate the creation of knife prototypes and the manufacturing of specialized parts.
DUROMETER
The durometer is used to control blade hardness.
PROFILOMETER
The inspection microscope is used to verify blade dimensions.
DESIGN OFFICE
Quality controls are performed within the maintenance workshop.
